The Wisley Golf changes its manual invoice process for Yooz and saves 2 days a week in invoice management
The Wisley Golf Club is a private members club, with 700 members, based in Surrey. Around 120 people work at the club, managing the golf course maintenance, working at the restaurant, running the retail shop, and organising golf activities and competitions. In 2020 The Wisley Golf Club implemented Yooz Accounts Payable automation.
The Wisley Golf‘s activities have risen significantly over the past few years alongside the number of invoices and transactions. Therefore, the manual accounting process was no longer sustainable.
Their manual accounting process relied on one individual, who was about to retire. It was time for a change!
Mr. Richard Goodley, Chief Finance Officer, started looking for a solution that could be easily used by the whole team and facilitate the accounting tasks for all. An easy and fast implementation
Within two sessions of online training with their dedicated Yooz expert, the teams were entirely ready to use the AP automation solution. The club named a “Yooz champion” in each team to be the reference, help other team members, and collaborate with Yooz to set up the right workflows.
With six departments and ten different validation ballots, the club needed to adapt the processes to the individuals using them. With its validation routes, Yooz allowed them to tailor the processes as they wished.

Invoices can be sent by email from the supplier to a special email address, or directly collected on suppliers’ portals by Yooz. They are then automatically processed, allowing fast approval and payment to their suppliers.
