In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to keep you informed on the actions we’re taking at Stratas to support and reassure our employees, partners, and customers during this challenging time.
We’ve taken all the precautionary measures for minimising the spread of COVID-19, as per the recommendations of the World Health Organisation and government guidance.
We understand the concerns around not only the risks to staff, but to their families and loved ones. Therefore, the Stratas team are now working remotely to play our part in social distancing and to avoid the risk of infection through business-related activities – whilst still being fully available to support your digital journey.
We’re confident we can operate business as usual effectively given the capabilities of our team and the infrastructure we have in place. We are fully equipped to take customer calls remotely to continue to support SLA’s and limit service disruption.
We pride ourselves on the first-class service and support we provide. As such, there will be minimal impact on us servicing tickets, processing orders, issuing licenses etc. We also hope to use this time to improve the products and services we provide.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and act on the advice of health authorities. Our heart goes out to the many businesses and individuals that are greatly impacted by this.
