Biffa, one of the UK's largest waste management companies, partnered with Stratas to support a major business transformation programme. With more than 500 process maps across multiple business areas, Biffa needed a way to manage, distribute, and improve their processes at scale.
Biffa faced the challenge of managing over 500 process maps across a complex, multi-function organisation. Without a centralised approach, maintaining consistency, demonstrating process control, and driving improvement across all business areas was increasingly difficult.
