Inn Collection Group is a growing hospitality business operating over 30 inns across England and Wales. Until recently, the group traded through 30 separate legal entities, making finance operations more complex as the business expanded. With multiple suppliers, managing invoices across many sites created both operational and reporting challenges.
Before working with Stratas, the AP system simply could not keep up with the scale of the business. Searching for invoices was slow and fragmented, with teams needing to manually check each of the 30 separate companies one by one. As volume increased and new sites joined the group, it became obvious that manual steps and restricted reporting were holding the team back.
